Our Nouri honey
Right on our doorstep, in our garden, over 200,000 Nouri bees live in four beehives, collecting nectar in the 40-hectare spa and nature park for a natural product that is as unique as our hotel: our very own Nouri honey.
In cooperation with the regional beekeeper Niklas Erdmann, their work results in a honey that is more than just a sweet spread: it is a regional delight, handcrafted, sustainably produced and a true declaration of love for our surroundings.
With over 1,800 hours of sunshine per year, Bad Krozingen offers the ideal conditions for healthy bee colonies with its mild climate, lush green meadows and blooming biodiversity. Our bees fly through the extensive nature park every day, past fragrant herbs, wild flowers and old trees. The result? A honey that tastes of summer, freedom and nature – the taste of the south in its purest form.

Would you like to take a piece of your vacation home with you? Our Nouri honey is available in stylishly designed jars in our Nouri Boutique. Whether as a gift, souvenir or simply for your breakfast at home. With our honey, you always have a piece of Nouri with you.
And a little fact for our guests: we serve fresh honeycomb directly from our own beehives at the breakfast buffet. Simple, natural and delicious.
